Nathalie Legagneur is senior counsel in ARHMF’S Real Estate practice. Her practice focuses on representing lenders, investors and developers in commercial real estate transactions, including financings, acquisitions, dispositions, development and leasing. Ms. Legagneur has worked on transactions involving various types of real estate, including multi-family, office, retail, hospitality and industrial properties.
Prior to joining ARHMF, Ms. Legagneur was Assistant General Counsel at Florida’s largest commercial real estate, transportation, and infrastructure holding company. Prior to that, Ms. Legagneur was an associate at various large law firms in South Florida. Her experience enables her to give valuable and pragmatic advice to clients in structuring and documenting commercial real estate transactions.
Ms. Legagneur earned her juris doctorate from Columbia University School of Law in 1998 and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Miami in 1994.
