Biography

Joe Bucciero is a member of ARHMF’s Corporate and Financial Services group. His practice spans a broad range of domestic and cross-border corporate transactional matters, with a focus on general corporate and securities matters, including asset and equity sales, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and general corporate practice. Mr. Bucciero also assists clients with drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and advises clients on the formation, structure, and initial funding (including seed and series funding) of business entities, general business corporations, limited liability companies, tax exempt organizations, partnerships and other business associations. Prior to joining ARHMF, Mr. Bucciero was an associate in the corporate practice group of various large law firms in South Florida.

Representative Matters

  • Assists commercial banks with acquisitions and sales, branch acquisitions/divestitures and contract negotiations with core service providers, and other vendors. Routinely represents banks in secured financing transactions including loans to commercial property developers.
  • Serves as outside general counsel to private businesses, including cruise industry subcontractors and oil and gas distributors assisting them with corporate matters, new partnerships, strategic ventures, and contract negotiations.
  • Served as interim general counsel for Svitzer, a subsidiary of Maersk.
  • Assisted with the sale of 300mm oil and gas distribution business.
