J. Cooper Green is an associate in ARHMF’s Real Estate Practice Area. His practice focuses on representing lenders, investors and developers in commercial real estate transactions, including financings, acquistions, dispostions, development and leasing. Mr. Green has worked on transactions involving various types of real estate, including multi-family, office, retail, hospitality and industrial properties.

Prior to joining ARHMF, Mr. Green practiced in the real estate department of a large national firm where he represented banks, securitization lenders and real estate funds.

Mr. Green earned his Juris Doctor from George Mason University School of Law in 2012 and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Colorado College in 2007.


  • Represented Miami-based banks in the origination of commercial mortgage loans for industrial, office and retail properties.
  • Represented securitization lenders in the origination of commerical mortgage-backed security loans.
  • Represented the largest owner and operator of mixed-use multifamily properties in the San Francisco Bay Area in the financing and acquisition of their portfolio of properties.
