J. Cooper Green is an associate in ARHMF’s Real Estate Practice Area. His practice focuses on representing lenders, investors and developers in commercial real estate transactions, including financings, acquistions, dispostions, development and leasing. Mr. Green has worked on transactions involving various types of real estate, including multi-family, office, retail, hospitality and industrial properties.
Prior to joining ARHMF, Mr. Green practiced in the real estate department of a large national firm where he represented banks, securitization lenders and real estate funds.
Mr. Green earned his Juris Doctor from George Mason University School of Law in 2012 and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Colorado College in 2007.
