Eduardo Robayna is an associate in ARHMF’s litigation department where he represents corporate clients in a wide range of business disputes in federal and state court and before various arbitration panels.
Prior to joining ARHMF, Mr. Robayna was an associate at an-established local firm where he represented clients in a broad array of civil litigation, including disputes involving contracts, business torts, fraud, and injunctions.
While in law school, he earned six Book Awards, was a member of the Moot Court Team, competed in the Florida Bar Association’s Robert Orseck Moot Court Competition, and gained experience working as a law clerk at a commercial litigation firm for over a year. He also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Robin S. Rosenbaum former United States District Judge for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and current United States Circuit Judge for the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
