Massimiliano “Max” Teia is an international consultant with the Corporate and Financial Services group at ARHMF. Mr. Teia assists clients on a variety of operational aspects surrounding cross-border transactions in the United States for in-bound International clients. Mr. Teia works closely with the Firm’s attorneys to provide a holistic solution to the practical and operational aspects of inbound investments and acquisitions.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Teia was Executive Vice President for an International group listed in the Italian stock exchange assisting on a variety of international corporate and legal matters in the United States and in Japan.
At his previous companies, Mr. Teia was the primary point of contact for Government interaction and compliance activities related to Directorate of Defense Trade Control in his capacity as the ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) Empowered Officer. Mr. Teia successfully led the legal due diligence and sale process of his previous employer to a Fortune 500 company for a price exceeding USD$40 million dollars. Mr. Teia received his law degree in Italy from the Universita’ di Ferrara and concluded his “praticantato” at a prestigious international law firm in Milan before moving to the United States.
