Marisol Vilasuso is an associate in ARHMF’s litigation department where she represents domestic and foreign businesses in commercial litigation cases in federal and state court and before various arbitration panels. In court, Ms. Vilasuso has represented defendants and plaintiffs in civil disputes involving contracts, business torts, fraud and injunctions. Ms. Vilasuso also advises clients on subpoena compliance issues.
Prior to joining ARHMF, Ms. Vilasuso was a litigation associate at a well known national firm, where she successfully defended numerous clients in various civil litigation actions. While in law school, Ms. Vilasuso interned for the Honorable William C. Turnoff, Magistrate Judge in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit. She also interned for the United States Department of State in Washington D.C. where she assisted in drafting the executive agreement between the United States and Russia on International Adoptions.
