Alicia Lobeiras is an associate in ARHMF’s Corporate and Financial Serves Practice Area, where she represents clients on a wide range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, and complex financing. Ms. Lobeiras has experience with Regulation 144A and Regulation S debt and equity placements and loans, as well as corporate governance and Securities Exchange Commission reporting obligations.
Prior to joining ARHMF, Ms. Lobeiras was an associate in the corporate practice of a large international firm, where she focused on a variety of Latin American cross-border transactions, including corporate financings, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring.
Ms. Lobeiras received a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School in 2014 and earned a Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern University in 2010.
